The second crash of Colossus in a week: no
Internet access, no excuse given and no compensation!
The cause of the second crash was the same as the first one and
BT are working to find a permanent solution and have implemented
an temporary one in hte meantime.
A BT spokesman said, "We regret both the initial problem and
the repetition, albeit a brief one, that occurred on Friday afternoon."
So do we all dear!!
