When BT made an unauthorised withdrawl of 200 from my Lloyds Bank debit card, I, after several days os unsuccessfully trying to get a refund through phoning and e - mailing BT, I rang the Lloyds card servicesd helpline - they were totally useless and unhelpful - in short they did not want to know in spite of the fact that I explained that I am disabled and live entirely on state benefits, and that the loss of 200 from my account was causing real hardship e.g. I could not pay my carer and was without the care I need. They told me that it would take them at least sixty days to get me a refund. Totally unacceptable.
